Common Issues

  • I’m not able to open any windows within the application

    • There’s an internal iOS setting that removes your ability to open bottom sheets within the application. If you go to your phone’s Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. Make sure that setting if toggled off.


Navigate to your account page → Settings -→ Help & Support. Within that page you can access our various support channels like email, live chat, and FAQs.
