Hulaween

A magical blend of music, art, and community. An annual, multi-genre music and camping festival. Hosted by the String Cheese Incident. I worked on Hulaween’s Sponsorship team as a sponsorship coordinator. Our job is to sell space and marketing to sponsors. Onsite coordination of all sponsors included load-in/load-out, deliverables, activation check-in, activation builds, schedules, white glove service to sponsors, production support, and more.
