Descanso Gardens partnered with filmmaker Zach Marks to explore and document the extensive loss and recovery efforts in the aftermath of the Eaton Canyon Fire. The disaster struck a vibrant community of artists, with many losing not only their homes but also their studios, archives, and entire bodies of work. Feathers captures the raw, personal stories of three artists in the exhibition Searching for Serenity in the months leading to the gallery opening.
