Born x Raised : Sadie Hawkins

Over four years, I photographed Born x Raised’s annual Sadie Hawkins event. The resulting body of work combines event photography with a documentary approach, capturing both the larger cultural moment and the quieter interactions that defined each year. The photographs were ultimately brought together in a book honoring Born x Raised cofounder Chris “Spanto” Printup and the lasting connection between the brand, its community, and the city of Los Angeles.
