How does a pure artist, focused on making cohesive bodies of work also create space to regularly speak into and inform The People on pressing conversations surrounding race, faith, and justice? What started as an Instagram stories segment, evolved into a podcast, and ultimately found its home as a short form video series. “durag thoughts.” is a space where I address topics that align with my mission to challenge perspectives and give hope to the marginalized and oppressed.
