Watching Chef Edward Lee in World Culinary Class Wars, I couldn’t help but feel that his food is edible poetry. Working with him at his new restaurant, Shia, was an incredible experience. And to top it all off, we were lucky enough to taste his food — familiar flavors intertwined with unexpected, delightful twists. It’s rare to see food that tells a story so vividly, blending flavors with emotions to create something truly unforgettable.
