City of Arcata needed a marketing push to align incentives with external developers and to undermine any future gentrification efforts. Community Development Department Director David Loya employed me to come up with such strategy. Developed the strategy of going to the developers before they came to the city to get ahead of any unwarranted efforts to develop the small town. This pitch deck was for the Arcata City Council.
