Frank's Rooms
Frank's Rooms
I was the art director on Doors, a short film for Frank's Rooms about the quiet rites of apartment hunting in New York. The brief: make something about their platform without making it about their platform. So I shaped a 120-second observational film, no dialogue, no voiceover, no success moment. One anonymous protagonist, seven locations, doors as thresholds, not outcomes. Working with the director and DP, I kept the visual language restrained: exhaustion that's ambient, never performed.
