I helped Dynamind, an edtech platform connecting teachers and students, revamp their system after a major investment round. Starting with a UX audit, I built comprehensive design guidelines and streamlined designer-engineer workflows. The exciting part was evolving their platform from basic chatbot functionality into AI-powered learning experiences with natural mentor relationships. We transformed their marketplace into a scalable foundation for new educational markets.
