Michael Legato is an award winning multi-disciplinary artist who focuses on cinematography and journalistic portrait photography. Michael’s work has been featured in a number of mediums including galleries, making-of books, magazines, and awards campaigns. He has worked for nearly ten years in film and learned from the very best in the industry. His expertise lies in creating rich collaborative photographic experiences that are tailor made to the project and their stake holders. He has worked with Apple Studios, Apple Computing, Disney, NASA, and Alcon Entertainment as well as others. His latest gallery was in collaboration with Apple Studios and director Antoine Fuqua at the esteemed Congressional Black Caucus Conference in Washington DC. The gallery experience featured his portrait work from the film “Emancipation” starring Will Smith.
