Cadence

This was a self-directed fashion editorial inspired by Solange, old R&B visuals, and vintage editorial photography. I wanted to create something nostalgic and cinematic using only what we had available. I creative directed, styled, produced, and photographed the entire shoot, using pieces from Cadence’s own closet and working with local makeup artist Noa. The entire project was shot on 35mm film to capture an authentic, textured look.
