I led comprehensive user research and design to convert complex statewide education and workforce data into an intuitive and accessible digital experience. The platform serves over 35,000 diverse users, including educators, students, policymakers, and workforce professionals, each with differing levels of data literacy and objectives. I even included another version with fewer design constraints
