Subaru "Winter is Coming" Telly Award winner 2026

For this project, I hired cinematographer Edurado Ramirez, with whom I worked closely to develop the shooting schedule. We filmed on a frozen lake outside Burlington, Vermont, with safety as our top priority. All driving and drifting shots were carefully supervised by paramedics, medical techs, and safety personnel. The schedule ran smoothly, and I am pleased to report no incidents or losses during the shoot. This Spot would go on to win a Gold Telly Award for Cinematographer.
