REMISSION

An experimental take on artist Paul Kaiser’s struggle with PTSD after serving overseas and being detained in Iraq. His current mission is to reconnect with his estranged daughters. The film serves as a way to reach out to them. Vibrant handmade creature costumes and breathtaking visuals of the Southern California landscape are designed to draw the viewer in like an otherworldly painting.
