I photographed the 5-year anniversary event for Sun Rice, a Filipino restaurant and pop-up. The night started with a line out the door. The team checked in, set their stations, and once it hit five, the kitchen was live. Orders came in nonstop but everyone moved with purpose. It was loud, fast, and full of energy. Grateful to witness it all. Cheers to five years and the people behind it.
