I managed the day-to-day operations of the film, working closely with the Line Producer, Director, and Producers to keep the production on schedule and within budget. I oversaw crew onboarding, SAG-AFTRA compliance,vendor negotiations, ensuring contracts, invoices, and insurance documents were processed accurately. I coordinated logistics such as travel, accommodations, and location agreements, while supervising prep schedules and tech scouts.
