Project Management- M.W.S Office Remodel

Lead the process of remodeling Mouthwash Studio's new office space. I worked closely with the designers and the team to manage all operations including; sourcing and hiring contractors and vendors, budget management, timeline management, and communications between the team and outside associates. I also aided creatively by sourcing decorations and curating, using my knowledge of second hand and vintage furniture to help evolve the space.
