Commissioned by Patan Museum and Erna Anema Reflecting on the 2015 earthquake in Nepal, the project explores how public spaces that once offered safety continue to shape memory and the experience of trauma. Starting from Ratna Park in Kathmandu, where Kripa found refuge during the earthquake, we used a symbolic yellow tarpaulin as the basis for a series of site-specific performances. Through these interventions, we investigated themes of safety, vulnerability, and belonging in public space.
