2020 Tokyo Olympics - EMMY Award Winner

Everything on an Olympic broadcast that isn't live footage is animation — born silent. For Tokyo 2020, I gave it a voice: 400+ unique sound elements across eight animated packages, unified as one sonic identity. The signature piece: the broadcast's chime, built by recording real Japanese wind chimes and tuning them into a playable instrument. It ran constantly for weeks — the highest-repetition environment in TV — and became a sound the team loved. The work won an Emmy.
