Expectations: Changing the narrative on how men deal with feelings and emotions by showing a different approach to therapy while providing the needed resources, education, & encouragement for BIPOC men while showing the importance of self worth through compassion and healing. Outcome: An intimate workshop by 82 Purple & Sandcastle Psych, “NR” offered relaxation through dialogue and critical thinking led by licensed therapist Femi Olukoya.
