We flew back to my hometown, Qiongzhong-Hainan Li Autonomous Region (the Li is an ethnic minority in China), and my friend @_imnotnaomi photographed and created for the Li people in the form of dialogue. I styled my family with my own understanding of their personalities, re-establishing a deep connection with them, who were both close and unfamiliar to me, and having the opportunity to understand their life stories.
