"American Stream" is an upcoming microbudget feature about a delusional young man who loses everything chasing his dream of being a Twitch streamer. The film was shot entirely on webcams and iPhones, to mimic the look and feel of a stream. It was shot over three years, for $50,000, raised by friends and family. The film features cameos from dozens of real life streamers/YouTubers, including Hasan Piker, Joel Haver, QTCinderella, and many more. It's set to make its festival debut later this year.
