As an old man struggles in the last days of his life, a caretaker arrives to ease his pain. Origin unknown, the caretaker hears the world amplified, but at a cost. The old man's beating heart pounds in his head. Overwhelmed with sonic chaos, he becomes increasingly unable to control his actions.
