Oversaw the accelerated production of a limited reality series within a single month. Managed crews, contracts, schedules, and logistics while balancing tight deadlines, limited resources, & shifting creative needs. Alongside production needs, I jumped into an AP role – helping the Associate Producer with time-coding & aiding the challenge producer with designing intricate challenges. Delivered the series on time, under budget, and fully realized.
