PLAZA-BAZAAR

These visualizations depict a design study reimagining Santiago’s Plaza de Armas in Chile, transforming the historic center into a more cohesive public realm. The proposal expands space for street vendors while improving metro access. Excavated levels form a modern bazaar where vendors and commuters converge beneath two parametric pavilions. The visuals adopt a diagrammatic tone, highlighting a civic infrastructure shaped by the overlap of formal and informal economy.
