Going Up or Going Down? is a site-specific, living installation involving live dance and music, taking place within and outside of an elevator. The work explores notions of liminal space and examines the body’s gestural and emotional relationship to liminality through movement, glitch and sound. Each floor will present a different show, developing an overarching story that culminates in an emotional climax.
