Richard Rosario
Richard Rosario is a man who was wrongfully convicted of a 1996 murder in New York and spent 20 years in prison before his conviction was vacated in 2016. He was later awarded a $5 million settlement in a civil lawsuit for his wrongful conviction. More recently, Rosario has been arrested and is facing new charges in Florida after an alleged road rage incident.
