Water Garden

Conducted rebranding for the building Watergarden in Santa Monica. Cast models, created a shotlist, moodboards, for how CBRE Management should target to their growing following of Gen Z tenants. Conducted photography on my canon dslr W/ L lens & videography on a super8. Conducted this shoot in September 2024 & the Marketing team loved it so much, and saw an increase in engagement, so they hired me to do it again in December 2024.
